APERO health pleasures

For 4/6 people

  • 3 organic carrots, in small strips

  • 1 organic black radish, sliced  

  • 1 organic celery heart

  • 1 fresh goat cheese topped with olive oil and oregano  

  • whole walnuts and peanuts in shell to be shelled  

  • 1 can of sardines with olives

  • 1 fresh cheese (chavrou or St Moret)

  • parsley, oregano and chives

  • Espelette peppers

  • mix the sardines, the cream cheese, the herbs and spices, a little lemon juice, and harissa if you like little spicy pleasures.

  • Homemade buckwheat chips, easy with homemade or commercial 100% buckwheat pancakes to dry in the oven!

Sunday evening soup

We take all the vegetables and herbs .. at the bottom of the fridge, garlic, onions and even the carcass of the lunchtime chicken so ORGANIC!

  • 2 liters of water 1 teaspoon of coarse Guérande salt  

  • 2 tablespoons of miso or bouquet garni and coarse salt

  • 2 slices of ginger  

  • some lemon zest  

  • green or red curry paste spices (turmeric, curry, ginger raz and Hanout, Garam masala..what you have on hand)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil at the end of cooking

  • Put everything in your cooker, low heat 45 min, adjust the cooking! and seasonings

  • Treat yourself !

Monday morning detox juice

  • 2 squeezed lemons

  • 3 cm ginger, pressed with a garlic press  

  • hot water - 300 ml  

  • Enjoy on an empty stomach - lukewarm  

  • wait 15 before tea or coffee

  • You can make 1 l with 1 teaspoon of honey and keep to drink 1 glass before each meal
